Your 'Password' is made up of the first four letters of your last name. If your last name has fewer than four letters, use "x" 's to make up the remaining letters. If your name contains accented characters, spaces or punctuations, please leave them out.
For example:
Georges Bélanger would enter “bela”
Anne Van Doren would enter “vand”
Sean O’Regan would enter “oreg”
Mary Ng would enter "ngxx"
